Inspections

Our inspections are not free, but they hold immense value for homeowners. For $350 you receive a professional inspection with photos, a consultation, recommendations for repairs and peace of mind. If there are minor repairs that can be conducted on site we do so for no additional fee. If the inspection reveals a larger scope of work is required, we will provide an estimate. If you go ahead with that estimate we will deduct the inspection fee from the final bill.

• Hail Inspections – Most insurance companies now require a Haag Certified inspection before approving any hail claims. We incorporate all the Haag standards into our inspections (test squares, detailed photos of damage, roof and siding diagrams). Each inspection comes with a report and an estimate for damage repairs. You can send the full report to your adjuster or we can assist with the claim process. 
• Roof Inspections – Have you been told that your roof is in need of replacement but need a professional opinion from someone who will actually get on your roof? Remove the guesswork and let us safely climb your roof and show you pictures of the actual condition. We can then help guide you through repair or replacement options.
• Attic Condensation – Calgary is notorious for winter weather conditions perfect for creating condensation in our attics. Extended periods of extreme cold followed by a warm chinook causes panic for homeowners across the city when they see water stains on their ceilings. “Attic rain” can cause significant damage, but is generally easily preventable. An attic inspection can reveal water stains, dislodged insulation and other clues which will direct us to the cause of the increased humidity in your attic. If a quick repair is possible we will do so during the inspection.
• Leaks – Water entry into your home could be the sign of a major problem, or it might be a minor issue easily solved with a quick repair. Our experienced professionals can safely and quickly assess the leak and provide a solution.
