Replacing residential roofs is the core of our business. We only use quality roofing materials and always upgrade to meet current Alberta Building Code requirements and manufacturer’s warranties. That means our roofing systems include drip edge, Ice & Water Shield, full synthetic underlay and open metal valleys. Our re-roofs come with a 10 year workmanship warranty from our company and a minimum of 35 years manufacturing warranty. Every roof is inspected following completion to ensure the crew did everything to our high standards. Finally, all our clients receive an inspection report with photos to verify that we followed through with our commitment.
